One agency. Two policies. One much better rate.

Most people buy their home and auto insurance years apart, from whoever happened to be cheapest at the time — then never look again. Put them together and let us shop 20+ carriers, and the difference is usually worth the ten minutes.

  • Typically around 15% off when you carry both with the same carrier
  • We work for you, not a carrier — independent since 1999
  • One agent, one renewal date, one phone number when something happens
  • Local — our office is in Citrus Heights, 20 minutes from Roseville

What bundling actually does

Carriers would rather insure your house and your cars than just one. A household with two policies is far less likely to leave, so they price it lower. That discount is real — but how big it is depends entirely on which carrier you ask.

1

You tell us what you have now

Current coverage, your home, your vehicles. Five minutes on the phone or the form above.

2

We shop 20+ carriers

Same coverage, side by side — bundled and separate — so you can see which is genuinely cheaper.

3

You pick, we handle the switch

Including timing it to your renewal so you are not paying twice or getting hit with a cancellation fee.

Sometimes bundling isn't the answer

The best home carrier for your situation is not always the best auto carrier. Occasionally two separate policies beat a bundle even after the discount — and when that happens, we will tell you, because we get paid either way.

That is the whole difference between an independent agency and a captive agent. Someone who represents one company can only tell you what that company charges. We represent more than twenty, so the comparison is the product.

What you need to get a quote

  • Your address
  • Year, make and model of the vehicles you want covered
  • Roughly when your home was built, and its square footage
  • Optional: your current declarations page, so we can match coverage exactly

Not sure about the details? Call and we will look most of it up with you.

Common questions

How much can you actually save by bundling?

For most households it lands around 15%, and 20% is about the best we see. It depends on the carrier, your home, your vehicles and your driving record. Because we are independent, we can compare what each carrier would actually charge you rather than quoting one company's advertised discount.

Do both policies have to start on the same date?

No. Policies can start on different dates and still qualify for a multi-policy discount with most carriers. If one renews in a few months, we can quote it now and set it to take effect at renewal, so you are not paying a cancellation fee or doubling up.

Is bundling always cheaper?

Not always. Sometimes the best home carrier is not the best auto carrier and two separate policies win even after the discount. We check both ways and tell you which is actually cheaper.

What do I need to get started?

Your address, the year/make/model of your vehicles, and a rough idea of your home's square footage and year built. A current declarations page helps us match coverage exactly, but it is not required.

Will switching hurt my coverage?

It should not, and that is the point of comparing properly. We match your current limits first, then show what each carrier charges for the same protection. If a quote is cheaper because it cuts coverage, we will show you where.

Do you serve Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln and Granite Bay?

Yes — along with Loomis, Granite Bay, Citrus Heights, Antelope, Orangevale, Fair Oaks and Carmichael, and throughout Placer and Sacramento counties.
