Kevin Messall leads Stonecrest Insurance Services' Sacramento office in Citrus Heights. Licensed in California since 2001, he joined Stonecrest in 2006 and has built deep expertise across personal lines, commercial coverage, and specialty markets — and a reputation for solving the hard cases that stump single-carrier agents.
Over the course of his career, Kevin has become the person clients are sent to when a single-carrier agent cannot place the risk. He specializes in the hard cases: wildfire-exposed properties in California's rapidly tightening market, high-value homes that need specialty carriers, non-standard auto risks, agricultural operations in the Central Valley, and the comprehensive risk management needs of high-net-worth families.
